Extended Technical Support

Extended Technical Support is available for the WindSword Image Analysis System and provides extensive support on an ongoing basis. Two different service levels are offered to meet differing requirements:

  • Level 1 provides maintenance releases and minor upgrades during the support period, also rapid turn-around fixes for operational faults, and provides for the addition of capabilities suggested by the end-user which may be of interest to other users or potential users of the WindSword Image Analysis System.
  • Level 2 provides all the benefits of level 1 support together with general assistance with the operation of the WindSword Image Analysis System, an advisory service on the use of the Image Analysis System for a specific analysis, assistance with the automation of repetitive analysis tasks and advice on resolving data aquisition problems. The provision of level 2 support is subject to reasonable usage limits.

WindSword Software Research (WindSword) can accept payment for all services and products in US dollars ($), euros(€) and other major currencies; prices on application. VAT will be added to all orders from within the EU. WindSword reserves the right to alter these prices without prior notice. All prices quoted here are the current VAT-exclusive prices (except where noted) in pounds sterling, E.&O.E. Any prices shown in currencies other than pounds sterling are subject to movements in exchange rates and will be revised accordingly.

In all cases where a VAT-inclusive price is quoted for our customers’ convenience, this assumes the current VAT rate of 17.5%; the VAT rate may be changed at any time and is outwith WindSword’s control and VAT-inclusive prices should therefore not be construed as ‘quoted prices’.
